A man who was refused service for not wearing a mask is now the subject of a police search.
Video posted online shows an unmasked man arguing with Third Avenue Dairy Queen staff who refused to serve him Saturday evening.
The incident was captured on camera and appears to show the man urinating on the counter during the argument.
Police have not made an arrest in the case but are asking anyone with video of the incident to share it with investigators.
