Local house prices continue to fluctuate, according to the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.
November saw house prices drop slightly from the month before, but still maintain a six percent increase over the same time last year.
Fewer homes sold last month compared to last November, as most areas inch towards a “buyer’s market”.
The average sale price of a house in Port Alberni last month was $364,000.
