More than 100 people attended yesterday’s job fair for the BC Government Cannabis store in Port Alberni.
Jamie Martin, regional manager for the Cannabis Division says the response was very positive as she answered questions and encouraged people to apply online.
Applications close tomorrow for the manager position, and six full time and eight part time / auxiliary cannabis consultants.
They expect the BC Cannabis store to open in late summer or early fall at the Pacific Rim Shopping Centre beside the CIBC.
