A week long crime spree has landed a 46-year old Port Alberni man in jail for 4 months.
Todd Frost stole alcohol from almost every liquor store in Port Alberni between October 5th and 10th of last year, often hitting two stores in the same day.
He was charged with 11 counts of theft under $5000 along with 5 breaches.
Frost said he’s been an alcoholic for more than 20 years, and admitted it was a “big mistake”
Once released he’ll be on probation for 2 years where he won’t be allowed in any liquor store, and will have to come up with almost $400 in restitution.
