Four people have stepped forward to represent Cherry Creek and the Beaufort at the Regional District.
The two by-elections were called for by the court after a few incorrect ballots were handed out in the October election.
Tanya Shannon and Ted McGill will be on the Beaufort ballot, and Diane Bodnar and Aaron Brevick will campaign for the Cherry Creek seat.
Shannon beat McGill by 11 votes in October, while Bodnar narrowly beat her closest competitor Darren Deluca by just 5 votes.
Deluca did not submit papers for the by-election, but Breveick – who ran for city council in the October election – will try to get elected in the rural area instead.
The by-election will take place on Saturday, April 6 at Cherry Creek Community Hall and Beaver Creek Community Hall from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with advance voting on March 27th and April 2nd at the ACRD office, or mail-in ballots will also be accepted.
