Problem panhandler Neil Crossman was in court again yesterday – his third appearance in 2 weeks.
The 43-year old was on a community sentence order from November of last year when he breached conditions on January 10th, 14th, and 21st.
Yesterday he received 21 days in jail for panhandling on Third Avenue – one of many areas he’s prohibited from going to.
Crossman told the court through his lawyer that he plans to move somewhere other than Port Alberni once he’s released from jail.
