Port Alberni Mayor Mike Ruttan said concerns about the management of McLean Mill and the Alberni Pacific Steam Train are being investigated
Roland Smith submitted an 8-page letter to council, filled with questions and concerns he said he has brought before three successive councils with no results.
Ruttan said the issues around ownership and liabilities are being taken seriously now.
The questions have been referred to City CAO Tim Pley who hopes to have the answers within a month.
