Bulldogs run win streak to three,  Bombers go 1-1


 

 

 

The Bulldogs won a third straight game Wednesday night, 4-3 at home over the Langley Rivermen.

The Bulldogs led 3-0 in the second, before the Rivermen roared back to tie it at 3-3 early in the third period. Jacob Terpstra scored the winner, while Teague McAllister scored twice and Kai Matthew also scored. Owen Lunneborg earned the win in net.

The Port Alberni Bombers went 1 and 1 over the weekend. They won 4-3 on the road Friday over the Saanich Predators. Malik Oliva, Logan Meyer, Kash Nicklin and Cole Campbell supplied the offense.

They lost 3–1 at home Saturday to the Lake Cowichan Kraken. McCall Nault had the lone goal.

The Bombers host the Victoria Cougars on Saturday night.
