The Bulldogs had a three game winning streak halted with a 7-4 loss to the Express in Coquitlam Friday night.
Goal scores were Wyatt Davis, Kye Benoche Eric Lund and Brenden Espenell.
They rallied back from a 3-0 deficit but dropped a 4-3 overtime decision at home to the Cowichan Valley Capitals Sunday afternoon. Wyatt Davis Brandon Gill and Teague McAllister scored. Owen Luneborg stopped 46 of 50 shots in net.
The Bulldogs visit the Kings for a doubleheader in Powell River this Friday and Saturday night at 7 o’clock.
The Port Alberni Bombers had a three game-winning halted with a 9-2 loss on the road to the Peninsula Panthers Friday night.

They visit the Saanich Predators Friday night and are at home Saturday to host the Lake Cowichan Kraken.
