For the second time in a week, a man was stabbed in the lower 4th Avenue neighbourhood.
The stabbing happened early Sunday morning at the Phoenix House sobering centre.
Police say the man was stabbed in the abdomen and arm. and was airlifted to hospital in Victoria with non-life threatening injuries.
A suspect has been identified but has not yet been arrested.
Similar to last week’s fatal stabbing of 20-year old Clifton Johnston, police say the suspect and victim are known to each other.
Both investigations continue.
