The notorious Harbourview Apartments received another reprieve from the city after some work was done to the nuisance property.
As City Council voted on increasing pressure on the building’s owner to meet remediation demands, Martin Chambers of Folded Hill Farms e-mailed the city to advise of some improvements to the building
Gaylene Thorogood, Manager of Community Safety confirmed many doors and windows had been replaced, and security measures installed, and progress was being made towards required improvements.
