Gilgamesh Palm has gone back to jail after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
Palm was under police surveillance in March 2017 and officers watched multiple short meetings with people in the Margaret Street area.
Officers closed in and found him with three flaps of cocaine and a significant amount of cash.
The 47-year old Palm has a long criminal record having served a year on an assault charge, and 9 months on a previous drug charge.
Yesterday he was sentenced to 9 months in jail again, and was also hit with a lifetime weapons ban.
