A 45-year old mechanic was sentenced to 6 months in jail after being caught stealing tools.
Nathan Lee, who has a history of property crimes and drug offences, was spotted taking tools from a home on Brown Road on January 3rd of last year.
While awaiting trial he was caught driving a vehicle without a licence, violating his curfew, and being in possession of 9 grams of cocaine.
Judge Brian Harvey said this was probably Lee’s last provincial sentence, and anything after this will send him to a federal penitentiary.
