A 91-year old man was sent to hospital and a 25-year old charged after a log truck spilled its load on Stamp Avenue yesterday afternoon.
Witnesses said the elderly man narrowly avoided the worst of the log spill, which pushed his Toyota Corolla over the median and across the 4 lanes along with the logs.
The truck driver was charged with driving with undue care and attention.
The 91-year old was kept in hospital overnight with minor injuries according to family.
