Police are advising people to be on the lookout for prowlers after someone was spotted looking closely at properties on Porritt Place.
A resident of the cul-de-sac confronted the caucasian man shortly before midnight on Monday, and he left the area after some questioning.
A few minutes later police were called to North Park Drive where a motion sensor light in a garage sent the suspect running towards Dry Creek Park.
Police conducted patrols in the areas, and are recommending Block Watch Programs to concerned residents.
