City Council held their annual organizational review last night, a chance to shuffle committee members around.
Mayor Mike Ruttan only made a few minor changes however, and is staying the course during the final year of their mandate.
Ruttan reiterated his view that the status quo is not a viable option, and said council is focused on making Port Alberni a safe, vibrant and livable city.
Council also recognized 8 employees who have been with the city for more than 25 years, and released their meeting schedules for 2018.
