Beaver Creek firefighters didn’t have far to travel this morning when fire broke out in a house immediately across from their fire hall.
The house was fully-involved by time 14 Beaver Creek volunteer firefighters arrived at 4 this morning, and were soon joined by 5 city and 5 Sproat Lake firefighters.
The two occupants of the home escaped unharmed, and two other houses on the property were only slightly affected.
The fire is now under police investigation.
