Jason Zoet is back in jail, only a month after being released after serving 12 months of an 18 month sentence for child pornography charges.
The 29-year old was charged yesterday with break and enter, sexual interference, telecommunications to lure a child, and sexual assault.
Judge Ronald Webb denied an application for bail and ordered Zoet remain detained.
His next court appearance will be on September 20th
